What Is The Process?

Your sponsoring agent will coordinate an informational meeting, at which time you can interview our agency to determine if you feel that we can meet your expectations.  If so, your sponsoring agent will work with you to develop a Service Delivery Outcome Plan (SDOP), which will also reflect expectations and responsibilities.  Advocates and significant others are welcome to participate in your employment plan.  All activities will be monitored and reported to your sponsoring agent.  As a part of this process we value you as a partner in the development of your career.  In order to enhance your chances of being successful, it will require a total commitment to job search, follow-up and a desire to follow through with all medical recommendations, treatment and your sponsor's agreed upon plan.  The order of acceptance is based on TEPS' ability to meet the needs of the person.  The final acceptance for entrance of TEPS is set by the Director/Owner.
