Your Responsibilities
- At any time, ask questions and/or make suggestions that you feel are
appropriate to your plan.
- Apply information gathered throughout the job search process to make
decisions that will lead to your employment.
- Keep all scheduled appointments. And remember to call us to set up a
desired appointment.
- Actively participate in all meetings, job search activities, and
attend employer-related events such as Job Fairs.
- Review all job leads provided to you by TEPS and apply as appropriate.
- Maintain weekly contact either by phone, email, scheduled appointment or
U.S. Postal Service.
- Maintain a Job Search Log Sheet. Submit weekly to TEPS, either by U.S.
Postal Service or email.
- Obtain employment. Provide information to TEPS as soon as possible so
that your case can be put into good standing. This information will be
shared with your DVR Counselor.
- If you decide to change your employment goal, this will require that you
meet with your DVR Counselor.
- Report any changes or issues that may interrupt agreed upon employment.
- Remember that you are the key to your success.
